We want you to love your Scamp & Dude purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags attached to support our mission of spreading joy and confidence.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
